Success Fee Recruitment

We require no prepayments, only a success fee. We stick to a 50/50 approach. Pay half of the fee on the candidate’s first working day and another half after the probation period is over—in case it was successful.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

We offer a dedicated team of recruiters who work on your vacancies on a long-term basis under your control and according to your workflow. With an approach like that, we scale up your recruiting capacity, which can be super helpful at peak loads. RPO is a more cost-effective model against Success Fee Recruitment.
